Travelling with our 2.5 year-old, it was difficult for us to attange a transfer from CNS to Palm Cove without a hire car seeing as Uber don't guarantee child-seat safety. Sapphire Transfers solved it for us brilliantly. They offered to instal the child seat, or let me fit it/check their install. I opted for them to install and I checked. There were no issues. Our driver, Peter, was wonderful. He confirmed pick up by text the night before, met us at baggage claim, helped cart and loaded our luggage. Super comfortable ride and pretty reasonably priced.

Excellent!! We can't speak highly enough of this service. We were travelling with three little kids and required three car seats. All of the car seats were in excellent condition, high quality brand and fitted safely. Patrick our driver was friendly, polite, easy to communicate with and offered some great things for us to do in and around Cairns. The day of our departure we had a last minute flight cancellation and Patrick went above and beyond our expectations to reschedule our transfer. Thank you again! We highly recommend this safe and reliable service.

Excellent. I wouldn't think of using another service. These guys clearly care about their reputation and are absolutely first class - prompt and friendly with great communication. We're a family of 5 so booked the large van which was perfect. The real point of difference was just before we left London I realised I'd booked our rtn transfer for the wrong time. Sapphire Transfers were really understanding and accommodated us.
