Price is each way, for up to 6 people and includes baby seats if requested.
Extra stops will be charged at $50 per stop for up to 30 min and must be requested before arrival.
Cancellation and refund policy is that you can cancel any time before arrival and we’ll refund you.

What are your hours of operation?
We operate 24 hours a day, every day of the year except Christmas Day.
Where do you pick up from?
We can pick you up from anywhere within 350km radius of Cairns Airport as long as it is on sealed road.
Do you meet us inside the airport?
Yes, your driver will meet you by the carousel corresponding to your flight, holding a sign bearing your surname.
Are there any stops?
The transfer is direct from point to point. Any stops you require (other than key collection) must be booked in advance and incur an additional $50 charge.
Do you pick up anyone else?
No. It’s just you and your travel party, nobody else.
Can we stop for photos along the way?
Yes, if you give our driver enough warning and it is safe to do so. There are many ‘Instagrammable’ places throughout our region and we’d love for you to share them?
Can you take babies?
Yes, we can set up rear facing baby seats in our Volkswagen Multivans on request at no extra charge. We have top of the range Britax Safe n Sound baby seats.
What if our flight is late?
If we know your flight number, we monitor it on the Airport Arrivals website and cross check with the Flight Radar app on our phones. There is no extra charge if this occurs.
Can we stop for supplies en route?
Yes, but we charge an extra $50 for this as it disrupts our job flow. Port Douglas Coles is open 7 days til 9pm and there are several liquor outlets there as well. In our experience, there is no such thing as ‘a quick stop at the supermarket’.
What happens if the airline loses my luggage?
Your driver will assist you in dealing with the Airline’s lost luggage counter. Usually your luggage will be delivered to your accommodation in less than 24hours. Check your airline ticket policy on lost luggage. Extra time spent in the airport may incur extra cost in regards to parking.
Do you take animals?
Yes, if they are clean and properly restrained. Please advise prior to booking.
Can we book you for a tour?
Yes, we can provide you with a tailored day tour for just you and your small group at a reasonable price. You will need to give us lots of notice for this especially around the school holidays.
